The product is marked as T(EP-EP). It uses steel pipe as the base material, with epoxy resin coatings on both the internal and external surfaces. The anti-corrosion layers are formed by melting through the process of heating the steel pipe and powder spraying on its internal and external surfaces.
I. Product Performance
Excellent corrosion resistance, strong adhesion to the steel pipe, and good impermeability and corrosion resistance.
Superior hydraulic performance: the inner wall is smooth with low roughness, not easy to scale, which greatly improves the transportation efficiency.
Safe and environmentally friendly: the hygienic performance indicators of epoxy resin powder comply with the requirements of GB/T 17219.
II. Application Fields
This product is suitable for pipelines used in urban water supply, fire fighting, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. It is not suitable for exposed pipe laying.

IV. Connection Method
(1) Butt welding joint and stainless steel lined joint (same as TPEP pipe joint)
(2) Socket lap welding
Suitable for pipe diameters ¡Ü DN1600mm. Socket lap welding (single-sided or double-sided fillet welding; magnetic particle or penetrant testing for welds is sufficient) shall be adopted.
