(I) Spiral Welded Pipe
Spiral welded pipe is manufactured by coiling strip steel coils as raw materials and adopting the double-sided automatic submerged arc welding process. The company has adopted production lines of international advanced level, equipped with online internal and external welding tracking systems, finishing equipment such as end facing and chamfering machines, as well as testing equipment including X-ray, ultrasonic and hydraulic pressure testers.
Product Performance
(1) During the double-sided submerged arc spiral forming process, the steel plate deforms uniformly with small residual stress and no surface scratches. It offers greater flexibility in pipe size specifications, especially showing more obvious technological advantages in large-diameter and thick-wall steel pipes.
(2) Both internal and external welding adopt single-wire or twin-wire submerged arc welding with American Lincoln welding machines, enabling welding at the optimal position, which is less prone to defects such as misalignment, deviation and incomplete penetration, thus ensuring stable welding quality.
(3) 100% radiographic inspection and ultrasonic testing are carried out on plates, welds and pipes, guaranteeing 100% non-destructive testing coverage of spiral welds. Each pipe is subjected to hydraulic pressure test one by one, effectively ensuring product quality.
(4) Mechanical processing of pipe ends accurately controls the end face perpendicularity, bevel angle and root face.
